Rachel then served as a legislative assistant in the North Carolina General Assembly, where she oversaw office operations and advised her member on all communications and policy matters. Building on her public service in North Carolina, Rachel went on to serve as director of scheduling to the Lt. Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
